The Complainant complained to Landlord that she had been informed that the Landlord’s Area Manager had made inappropriate comments about the Complainant and her partner to a third party.

The Complainant was the assured tenant of a four bedroom newly built house of which he was the first tenant. He lived at the property with his wife, three children and elderly father in-law.. His tenancy started on 23 September 2002.
