The Complainant complained to the Ombudsman that (i) his Landlord had failed to deal with his disrepair claims following a series of leaks that occurred during 2002-2005, (ii) that he is dissatisfied with the amount of compensation offered and does not believe that the Association has covered his loss of earnings or damage to his health, and (iii) his Landlord failed to address his disrepair claims following the installation of new windows and front door.
